In compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, the following is the information regarding the purposes and methods of processing of personal data, as well as the scope of communication and dissemination of the same, the nature of the data in our possession and their conferment.

Purposes of the processing Personal data are collected for the following purposes:

– customer management (administration, billing, control of reliability and solvency); – internal control (security, productivity, quality of services, integrity of assets) and to be able to provide access to restricted areas, information and offers; – detection of the degree of customer satisfaction; – fulfillment of obligations required by laws, regulations and/or EU legislation; – sending communications (news letter) concerning the product offerings published on the website; – management of litigation (contractual defaults, warnings, debt collection)

Method of processing The data will be processed using electronic and non-electronic tools (both manual and automated). The processing will take place in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by the Code. The data will be recorded, organized and stored in computer and/or paper files.

Communication of your Organization’s personal data: Your personal data may be disclosed to the employees present in the company assigned to administrative and commercial activities. Personal data may be disclosed to: banking institutions for the management of collections and payments arising from the execution of contracts; other external parties who carry out tasks on behalf of the company (bookkeeping, tax compliance, transportation of products sold). No form of dissemination of your data beyond the above activities is envisaged.

Rights of the data subject According to the Privacy Code (articles 7 to 10 of d.lgs.196/2003) You have the right to:

– to know, without charge, the existence of processing of data that may concern you; – to be informed about the name, name or company name and domicile, residence or seat of the owner; – on the purposes and methods of processing; – on the name, name or company name and domicile, residence or seat of the representative of the owner in the territory of the State and at least one responsible person, to be indicated in the person designated, if any; – to obtain, by the owner or the responsible person, without delay:
– confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and communication in an intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; – the request may be renewed, subject to the existence of justified reasons, at an interval of not less than ninety days; – the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
– updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data; – oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
– oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning you, provided for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, no later than the time at which the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.
